Signal Jam is a puzzle game developed and published by Pranjal Dev Studio. We value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account data: If you create an account (email/password or Google Sign-In), we store your email address, display name, and a unique user ID. This is used to sync your progress across devices and for leaderboard display.
Game progress: Level completions, stars, coins, achievements, XP, streaks, power-ups, and settings. Stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud servers (Google Firebase Firestore) if you are signed in.
Leaderboard data: Your display name, total stars, highest level, and player title are stored on our servers to power global leaderboards.
Crash reports: Anonymous crash data (device model, OS version, stack trace) is sent to Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs. No personal information is included.
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage patterns (levels played, session duration, feature usage). This data is anonymous and aggregated.
Advertising: We may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Your game progress is stored as long as your account exists. You can delete your data at any time by using the "Reset All Progress" option in the app settings, or by contacting us to request full account deletion.
Signal Jam is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. The game may contain ads served by Google AdMob that comply with Google's child-directed content policies.
